ePace holds its employees and consultants in high esteem and believe that any recommendation from them is valuable to the company’s growth. Referral Program is to encourage current employees to refer candidates for contract or full time job requirements. Referral Program is the No. 1 sourcing technique for staffing industries. We want to create a process that will encourage all of us to act as talent ambassadors for ePace Technologies.
Referral Program Details
Eligibility
- All W2 employees, consultants and subcontractors and past employees.
Reward
- Reward given per candidate referred and placed by ePace on W2
- Reward given per candidate referred and placed by ePace on a Corp to Corp with the vendors
- ePace doesn’t have existing relationship with or on 1099 basis.
- Reward amount is subject to tax and deductions.
- The referred candidate must remain as an active employee or consultant for a period three (3) months with the client.
Process
- Employee/Consultant will send the suitable resume, job details referring and any other details to [email protected]
- Referral Reference Code (RRC) will be sent to the Employee/Consultant by email.
- If the candidate is hired and placed, the Employee/Consultant will be notified.
- After the candidate completes three (3) months of employment/contract with ePace Technologies and/or the client, the referee will be paid the referral reward less applicable tax and deductions with the payroll.
External Referrals
- Once an external potential candidate refers us to another candidate he becomes eligible for our gift card external referral program policy.
- Recruiter should send proper documentation (emails etc) of the referral to HR
- Referral Reference Code (RRC) will be sent to the Employee/Consultant by email.
- If the referred candidate is placed and is active in the job for three (3) months, the external candidate will be paid the reward money.
